1) Fried shrimps with vegetables

Ingredients: 

- 5 Shrimps
- Lettuce
- 03 Tomatoes
-  Cauliflower
- 01 Lemon
- 02 Cucumbers
- Garlic, pepper & chili


Making:

Wash and drain the shrimp. Wash newly purchased vegetables. Turn on the stove, add cooking oil to the pan, wait until the cooking oil is hot, add few slices of 1 tomato, you can add 1 clove of garlic to make the scent more attractive. Then place the shrimp in the pan and fry evenly.

Simmer over low heat and continue adding cucumber slices and cauliflower and mix well. Continue cooking for about 3 minutes. When you notice that the shrimp is cooked, add a slice of lemon. Turn off the stove and place on a plate with lettuce.

2) White shrimp salad with lettuce Corn and scallions

Ingredients: 

- 400gr White Shrimps
- Lettuce & tomato
- 01 Sweet Corn
-  Scallions & Chillis

Making:

White shrimp are washed and placed to drain. Now you continue to wash lettuce, sweet corn and other fruits and vegetables. Place a non-stick pan on the stove, then add cooking oil, wait until the oil is hot, then add few slices of tomato, and then add white shrimp. Stir well for about 2 minutes then add pepper, sauce, then sweet corn. Wait until the dish is almost done, then add the scallions to the dish. And put it on a plate and arrange it with lettuce.

3) Grilled large prawns

- 400gr prawns
- 01 Lemon
- Butter
-  Coriander

Making:

Grilling shrimp requires you to be meticulous. Choose the right type of grill to grill prawns with the right oven temperature, ensuring the shrimp does not burn while grilling. The grill needs to be washed, then spread butter on the grill, set the oven to the right temperature and start placing the prawns on it.

4) Vegetarian sour shrimp soup

  • Fresh shrimp
  •  Straw mushrooms
  •  Galangal
  •  Lemon
  •  Lime leaves
  •  Coconut milk
  •  Chili powder...

all blend to create a sour, spicy and fragrant taste, very attractive and delicious.

Making:

Boil water, add Knorr Seafood Powder, Knorr Hot Pot Base Soup, coriander roots, galangal, lemongrass, straw mushrooms and a little crushed chili.

  • Basil & pepper
  • Bean sprouts
  • Fresh pepper seeds

Makings: 

Put cooking oil in the pan, boil, then place each shrimp into the pan. Adjust the temperature accordingly. Next add salt and pepper seasoning. Making:
