1) How to make French-style grilled lamb chops

  • 1kg lamb chops
  • 4 rosemary sprigs (rosemary)
  • 50gr cilantro
  • 1 ginger root
  • 1 little white wine
  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • A little salt and ground pepper

Step 1: Use salt to rub the surface of the lamb for about 3 minutes then rinse with water.

Step 2: Crush 1 ginger root and mix with white wine. Then, rub this mixture evenly on the lamb chops for about 15 minutes to eliminate the bad smell of the lamb.

Step 3: Next, wash the lamb meat with water, drain and simmer over charcoal fire until the meat surface turns slightly yellow. At this point, your lamb chops have been deodorized and are ready to be processed.

Step 4: Add ingredients including: 4 sprigs of rosemary leaves. 50g cilantro, 10 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon chili sauce, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper in a blender and blend into a thick sauce mixture.

Step 5: Use the above ground sauce to marinate the lamb ribs for 30 minutes - 1 hour so that the meat absorbs the spices.

Step 6: Heat the remaining 3 teaspoons of olive oil over medium heat. When the oil boils, add the lamb ribs and saute both sides for about 5-7 minutes until firm.

Step 7: Place the pan-fried lamb chops on a plate to rest. While the meat is resting, you need to prepare the charcoal stove to complete the French-style grilled lamb chops.

Step 8: Arrange each piece of lamb chops on the charcoal stove, grill evenly on both sides for 15 minutes. When the meat is cooked and has a beautiful golden brown color, the dish is ready for finish.
