- 1kg lamb chops
- 4 rosemary sprigs (rosemary)
- 50gr cilantro
- 1 ginger root
- 1 little white wine
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- A little salt and ground pepper
Makings
Step 1: Use salt to rub the surface of the lamb for about 3 minutes then rinse with water.
Step 2: Crush 1 ginger root and mix with white wine. Then, rub this mixture evenly on the lamb chops for about 15 minutes to eliminate the bad smell of the lamb.

Step 4: Add ingredients including: 4 sprigs of rosemary leaves. 50g cilantro, 10 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon chili sauce, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper in a blender and blend into a thick sauce mixture.
Step 5: Use the above ground sauce to marinate the lamb ribs for 30 minutes - 1 hour so that the meat absorbs the spices.
Step 6: Heat the remaining 3 teaspoons of olive oil over medium heat. When the oil boils, add the lamb ribs and saute both sides for about 5-7 minutes until firm.
Step 7: Place the pan-fried lamb chops on a plate to rest. While the meat is resting, you need to prepare the charcoal stove to complete the French-style grilled lamb chops.
